What it costs
Most people arrive with one question and no intention of signing up for anything, which is fine — the answer is free and there is nothing you have to buy to get it. Pro exists for the second question, the one that only shows up after twenty calls: am I any good at this?
- The call sheet — four numbers, a decision, and both prices
- How often a coin flip looks exactly like your result
- The ceiling: the smallest effect your test could ever prove
- The guided design review, before you spend the traffic
- Past-wins audit — were your shipped winners real?
- The written record, saved to your ledger — see one
- Every look you ever take, kept forever
- Unlimited bets, designs and experiments running at once
- Two decision reports — the write-up you forward, printable or as a link
- Your track record, read back — how often your early call held up, and whether your effects shrink between the first look and the last
- A wins count that only accepts what was actually proved, not what was shipped
- Decision reports without a limit — printable, or a link for people who were not in the room
- Priors measured from your completed tests, replacing the public corpus in every design review after that
- CUPED priced against your real correlation, and the weeks your traffic can actually answer in
Questions
What is free?
Every tool on the site, and every answer they give: the call sheet, the rerun count, both risk prices, the ceiling, the design review and the past-wins audit. No account needed to use them, nothing stored unless you ask. If all you want is a call on the test in front of you, that is the whole of it — there is nothing further to buy.
Then what am I paying for?
Two things. The first is the decision report past your second one — the write-up you forward to whoever asks why you shipped. Making the report is what the free tier counts; nothing on the way to it is counted, and the reports you have already written stay open forever.
The second is your track record read back: across all your settled calls, how often the call you made early was still the right one at the end, and whether your effects shrink between the first look and the last. One decision cannot tell you that. Twenty can, and only if each one was written down before you knew the answer — which is what the ledger has been doing all along.
We will not show it to you below eight settled calls, on either plan, because underneath that any pattern is noise and a confident number would be worse than nothing.
Do I need a card for the free tier?
No. Unlimited bets and experiments, every look you take on them kept forever, two decision reports, no card, no expiry. A card is only asked for if you choose Pro.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing link in the app, which opens Stripe's own portal. Cancelling puts you back on the free tier. Your ledger stays readable and archived experiments are not deleted.
Is there a team plan?
Not yet — shared ledgers across a team are not built. If that is what you need, it is worth telling us, because right now there is nothing decided for us to talk you out of: support@earlycall.io.
