Earlycall

Terms of use

Last updated 3 August 2026

Plain terms for a small product. By using Earlycall you agree to these; if you do not, please do not use it. Nothing here is meant to be a trap, and if something reads unfairly, tell us and we will look at it.

What Earlycall is

Earlycall helps you decide whether an experiment can answer its question, reads the numbers you give it while the experiment runs, and keeps a dated record of the calls you made. You give it counts — visitors, conversions, totals. It gives you a verdict, an assessment of how far the evidence goes, and a written record.

What the guarantee means, and what it does not. Earlycall's statistics are always-valid: the 5% false-positive rate holds however often you look, rather than only at one planned moment. That is a property of the method, and it is tested and published on the method page.

It is not a promise about your business. It does not guarantee that a change we call a winner will make you money, that a change we cannot certify is worthless, or that the numbers you typed in were correct. Verdicts depend entirely on the accuracy of what you enter. The decision is yours, and so is the responsibility for it. Earlycall is a tool for making that decision better, not a party to it.

Accounts

You need an account to track experiments. You are responsible for what happens under it and for keeping your password to yourself. Give us an email address you actually reach — it is how we contact you about billing and anything that affects your data. One person, one account; do not share credentials.

What it costs

The tools on the public pages are free and need no account. A free account tracks unlimited experiments and writes two decision reports at once. Pro is $19 per month, billed by Stripe, and unlocks unlimited experiments, your full look history, shareable reports and the tools that run on your own data. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are, which Stripe calculates at checkout.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel whenever you like, from the billing link inside the app — it opens Stripe's own portal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, then drop to the free tier. Your ledger stays readable and archived experiments are not deleted.

We do not automatically refund part-months, but if you upgraded by mistake or something did not work, email support@earlycall.io and we will sort it out — we would rather refund you than argue. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, your statutory cancellation rights apply on top of this and are not affected by anything here.

Fair use

Please do not: attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service; upload data you do not have the right to use; upload personal data about identifiable individuals (the product does not need it and does not want it); or resell Earlycall's output as your own product. We may suspend an account that does these things, and will tell you why.

Availability

Earlycall is a young product run by a small team. We do not offer a service-level agreement, and we would rather say that plainly than bury it. In practice: it is monitored, backed up with point-in-time recovery, and we will tell you if something material happens to your data. If the service is discontinued, we will give at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your ledger.

Your data and your content

What you put in stays yours. We do not claim ownership of your experiments, records or uploads, and we do not use your data to train anything or share it with anyone. How little we keep is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

Earlycall is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost revenue arising from decisions made using the service, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will email account holders and date the change here. Continuing to use Earlycall after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not, cancel and we will refund any unused paid time.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of your local law.
